Alchemy 2022 Chardonnay
Alchemy 2022 Chardonnay was created from selectively picked fruit, which was pressed to French oak barrels for fermentation and aging on lees for 9 months. It is wonderfully aromatic with perfumed florals, ripe citrus notes, baked peach, hazelnut and nougat, supported with delicate oak spice. The palate is concentrated, with a broad, soft richness and a beautiful mouth-filling creaminess. The finish is flavourful and long.

Alchemy 2022 Rosé
Alchemy 2022 Rosé was vinified from Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Merlot grapes, direct pressed with minimal skin contact to craft an elegant, yet concentrated wine. The aromas are brimming with aromatic crushed bramble fruits, creamy notes layered with dried herbs and mineral tones. This wine is delightfully crisp and dry, but at the same time textural and full, with concentrated red berry and pear flavours and a juicy saline quality that gives the wine a wonderfully long finish.

2021 The Elixir
Alchemy 2021 The Elixir was created from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, which was co-fermented, pressed and then aged in French oak barrels (20% of which were new). Inviting aromas of sweet-scented spice, dark plum and crushed forest fruits fill the bouquet, layered with brooding savoury notes of leather and dried herbs. Rich and concentrated berry fruit and spice fill the palate, supported by fine-grained oak that adds richness and complexity, balanced with juicy acidity, giving a long and flavoursome finish.

Alchemy 2022 Spritzé
Alchemy 2022 Spritzé is a beautifully vibrant Rosé, vinified from Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Merlot grapes. It is packed full of crushed red berry fruit aromas, ripe lemon and peach notes and a hint of spice. Crunchy and bright on the palate, with delicious sweet apple, juicy berry fruit and citrus flavours. This wine is full and textural, with a long and spritzy finish.
