2024 Alchemy Springstone Pinot Noir Hawke’s Bay
The Alchemy 2024 Pinot Noir was created from selectively hand-picked fruit from the very special Springstone Vineyard located in the upper reaches of the Mangatahi Terraces overlooking the Ngararuru River. 70% of the fruit was destemmed for ferment, and the remaining 30% left as whole cluster. Aged in seasoned oak for 6 months prior to finishing and bottling.
Tasting Note
Sweet fruited, with scented spice aromatics and sour cherry notes. The palate is juicy packed with flavour and concentration giving wonderful length. Served slightly chilled this is a beautiful wine to enjoy during the summer months.
